ISO 30415 gives organisations a framework for embedding diversity and inclusion (D&I) across governance, the workforce lifecycle and the value chain. Train to audit D&I accountability, the workforce lifecycle (attract, recruit, develop, retain, exit), inclusive workplace controls, stakeholder engagement and the measures that prove outcomes — offered both as a standalone individual program and as a Lead Auditor plug-in option.

Why diversity and inclusion is a governed organisational capability, how ISO 30415 sits alongside ISO 30414 (human-capital reporting) and the role of leadership accountability.

Accountability, Responsibilities & Culture
Workshop on auditing assigned D&I responsibilities, leadership commitment, psychological safety and the cultural signals that indicate genuine versus performative inclusion.
13:30 — 15:30 · lecture
Workforce Lifecycle: Attract, Recruit, Develop, Retain, Exit
Audit each stage of the workforce lifecycle for inclusive, bias-mitigated practice — sourcing, selection, development, progression, pay equity and exit.
Day 2

Inclusive Workplace, Accessibility & Value Chain
Audit the inclusive workplace: accessibility, reasonable adjustments, flexible work, and how D&I expectations flow to suppliers and the wider value chain.
11:15 — 12:30 · lecture
Measures, Data Integrity & Outcome Reporting
How to audit D&I metrics, the integrity and privacy of demographic data, target-setting and the reporting that proves outcomes to the governing body.

Final Knowledge Assessment
Multiple-choice assessment covering every clause area introduced in Plug-In: ISO 30415 Human Resource Management — Diversity & Inclusion Lead Auditor. Pass mark 70%.

04Assessment Outline
Candidates are assessed against IAF / ISO/IEC 17021-1 personnel competence criteria. Assessment is layered — written examination, practical NCR simulation, and witnessed audit closeout — modelled on certification body witness protocols.
