Audit the controls that operationalise the policy: financial approvals, procurement, gifts and hospitality registers, donations, facilitation payments and conflict-of-interest declarations.

How to audit the independence and resourcing of the anti-bribery compliance function, top-management accountability, investigation handling and continual improvement.
