Case Handling, Investigation Independence & Outcomes
Audit the investigation lifecycle: triage, conflict-of-interest screening, evidence handling and outcome communication.

Retaliation Prevention & Continuous Improvement
How to audit the controls that prevent and detect retaliation, including post-report monitoring.
